- All registration fees are quoted in US dollar (USD).
- Payment in any other currency will not be accepted.
- To take advantage of lower registration rates, early registration and payment must be made by February 28, 2019.

※ Accompanying Person is limited to family members and not allowed to attend sessions.

- Registrations not accompanied by appropriate payments will not be honored until full payment is made.
- Confirmations will be sent upon clearance of payment.
- Receipts will be provided at the on-site registration desk.
- Payment in only US currency will be accepted by the following methods:

- Persons paying with credit cards may register online.
- Visa, Master, American Express, and JCB will be accepted.
- Please note that if your credit card is declined or is invalid, an alternate means of payment must be used to remit fees.

※ Wire Transfer
- Wire transfer from your bank may be made directly to the account below.
- All bank charges are to be paid by the registrants.
- Be sure to verify the registrant's name when the fee is wired. If the sender's name is different from the participant's,
please send a copy of the wire transfer slip to National Organizing Committee (NOC) by fax or e-mail.
